In the returns list under each jurisdiction, an icon appears next to each form name identifying the current status of the form.

• Placeholder. This indicates a non-editable version of the annual return that allows you to begin uploading attachments and adding notes. These items will roll forward when the return is updated. This form has not been updated for the current tax year.

   

  

   

• Updated Form. This indicates the form has been updated for the current tax year and is available for use.
• Not Updated. This indicates the form has not yet been updated for the current tax year.

FormsPlus

In FormsPlus, the form icon without text lines may also represent a Flex Form. Flex Forms are user-added forms available in FormsPlus only and can be used to store basic information for internal forms or for forms that do not meet the submission standards required to be formally added to the software.
